Join us for the 2015 Ottawa Fair Trade Festival Sale all of November!

A full selection of fair trade crafts and food products can be found throughout the year at the
Ten Thousand Villages store in  Westboro

Festival Sales are special events that occur for a limited period of time throughout the year and across Canada.

In Ottawa, the Ottawa Mennonite Church has held Fair Trade Festival Sale, which is the largest Festival Sale in Canada, of Ten Thousand Villages products during the pre-Christmas season for over 40 years!

The sale occurs on Fridays and Saturdays during November at the Ottawa Mennonite Church, which offers free parking and is wheelchair accessible.

Come and explore a wide variety of Christmas ornaments, pottery, brass, baskets, jewellery, and many more hand-crafted, fairly-traded goods from Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

You will also find an opportunity to purchase development projects for individuals in various countries via a monetary, MCC Christmas Giving (formerly Living Gift) donation in a loved-ones name.

In addition, every Saturday the Fair Trade Festival Sale features a Tearoom with homemade borscht, desserts, coffee, and tea to make your shopping experience pleasant with a spot to eat, sit, and rest your tired feet.

To celebrate over 40 years of hosting the Fair Trade Festival Sale, there will be a number of Special Events for you to look forward to each weekend!
